1. Subscription & Billing
● Dentobees operates on a subscription model (yearly plans). ● All charges are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan selected at the time of purchase. ● By subscribing, you authorize Dentobees to charge your payment method automatically until you cancel the subscription.
2. Cancellation Policy
● You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your account at app.dentobees.com or by contacting our support team. ● Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. ● After the billing cycle ends, access to premium features will be discontinued unless you re-subscribe.
3. Refund Policy
● Free Trial: Dentobees offers a free trial period (14 days) so you can fully evaluate the platform before committing to a paid subscription. ● No Refunds After Billing: Since services are provided digitally and billed in advance, Dentobees does not issue refunds for partially used billing cycles, unused features ● Exceptions: Refunds may only be granted in the following exceptional cases:
○ Duplicate payment due to technical error ○ Incorrect billing amount charged ○ Proven service disruption caused solely by Dentobees for an extended period
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the exceptions above, please contact us within 7 days of the billing date at:

Our finance team will review your request and process eligible refunds within 7–14 working days, using the same payment method you used for the transaction.
